Up to three double bagged bags per year will be accepted at our recycling centres for free. Any more than this will incur a fee and can only be disposed of at Nantycaws.

Wood ash can be composted at home. Ash from coal fires etc. cannot be recycled and can be disposed of in the residual skip at recycling centres or in your black bag.

Remember, Carmarthenshire has a policy of no balloon releases. When balloons are released into the environment they become litter and can be harmful to wildlife.

Lots of shops and offices have battery recycling points. Don't put these items in any other recycling container or black bag, as they may cause a fire.
