Following the temporary suspension caused by a national disruption affecting the collection and reprocessing of refrigeration appliances, we are now able to accept domestic fridges and freezers at our recycling centres.
To help us manage demand safely and ensure the service operates smoothly, residents must book a free slot before bringing a fridge or freezer to a recycling centre.

During the initial reintroduction of the service, bookings will be limited to one fridge or freezer per day. Proof of booking must be shown upon arrival.
Residents who are unable to transport their appliance can also arrange a bulky waste collection for a fee.
