Following the temporary suspension caused by a national disruption affecting the collection and reprocessing of refrigeration appliances, we can now accept cold units, such as fridges and freezers, through our bulky waste collection service.
During the disruption, we appreciate that residents across Carmarthenshire have cold units awaiting collection. To help us manage this demand and get the service running smoothly again, bookings will initially be limited to one fridge or freezer per bulky waste collection.

Please note: Our recycling centres are still unable to accept fridges and freezers at this time. We are working to introduce a system that will allow us to safely manage the number of fridges and freezers being brought to our recycling centres and reopen this service. We’ll provide a further update as soon as we can.
