Local Offer
The Carmarthenshire Local Offer provides information for children and young people with additional learning needs and disabilities (ALN) and their families in a single place. It shows families what they can expect from a range of local agencies from education to health and social care.
The Local Offer brings together in one place information about health, education and social care for:
- Children and young people from birth to 25 years old who have an Additional Learning Need or Disability (ALN)
- Parents and carers of children with Additional Learning Needs
- Professionals working in health, care and education
- Providers of services for children and young people
