Project Overview
This project included a new primary school building with a capacity for 315 primary and 45 nursery places. The new school building was constructed on land adjacent to the existing school site, providing state-of-the-art facilities and accommodation for pupils and staff. The project also included following a statutory process to introduce local authority nursery at the school.
Project Cost
The project cost was £9.7m. Funded 50% by Welsh Government through its 21st Century Schools and Colleges Programme and 50% by the Local Authority’s Modernising Education Programme.
