Why are we consulting
We are working with AtkinsRéalis to undertake the preliminary design of a Multi-Modal Interchange facility for the Llanelli Railway Station, with the vision of enhancing connectivity by streamlining links between rail, bus, and active travel methods of transport.
We are looking to involve the public on our proposal to ensure that we are implementing an appropriate scheme that enhances access to more sustainable transport opportunities to support the growing development proposals that are ongoing in the south of Llanelli.

Next Steps
The feedback we receive from this engagement will be considered to inform the final scheme design and more importantly, allow the public the opportunity to provide comment and to understand the scheme we are putting in place, improving access to multiple key transport modes for Llanelli and the wider area.
