Help. Support. Advice
If you need help or advice, you can visit one of our Hwbs in our 3 main towns: Ammanford, Carmarthen, or Llanelli.
We are happy to help with any question, whether it's a quick enquiry or something more complicated. Our team of friendly Hwb Advisors will support you to get all the benefits you are entitled to. We will keep helping you, until we’ve done everything we can to help you maximise your income and minimise your expenditure. We also have Budgeting Advisors who will help you learn how to manage your money and become more financially independent.
If it's hard for you to travel to one of the 3 towns, you can visit one of our 10 rural towns. Our Hwb Bach Y Wlad team visits these towns regularly. Check the Hwb Bach Y Wlad page for a list of these towns and the dates we’ll be there.
To give you the complete help, support, and advice you deserve, we work with several partner organisations that can offer extra support we may not be able to provide. For example, they can help with wellbeing support for physical and mental health and assist with applying for disability benefits like Attendance Allowance, Personal Independence Payment, or Disability Living Allowance for children.
