Dylan, Llanelli
Dylan is near Llanelli town centre and within a 5 minute drive of Parc Trostre.
Dylan is one of the councils first new build developments. This development provides an additional 32 new council homes and contains:
- 22 two bedroom homes
- 4 two bedroom bungalows
- 6 four bedroom homes
The homes are energy efficient and has lower energy bills for tenants. They were built to a high quality which also helps reduce carbon emissions into the environment and improve health and well-being.
We are also testing the latest low carbon innovative technology in two of our homes. This will help us develop our future new build design standards.

Near to the sea side town of Burry Port, less than a 5 minute drive to one of Wales’s Top Visitor attractions Pembrey Country Park, with its award winning sandy beach - Cefn Sidan and 500 acres of woodland.

- 12 two Bedroom Homes
- 2 two Bedroom Homes
