Assessment Criteria

Applicants should note that the County Council will be assessing the project against various criteria as follows: -

  • Number of jobs created (A permanent FTE job (30hrs+) which can be counted and monitored as part of the project e.g., one that is created because of support to that business)
  • Reduction in vacancy rates within the town centre
  • Total floorspace of the unit (sq. ft)
  • Floorspace brought back into use (sq. ft)
  • Percentage of floorspace brought back into use (sq, ft)
