This feasibility study will look at helping Carmarthen achieve net zero by 2050 through the active cooperation of each sector of the community to identify specific actions at specific locations/premises and/or with targeted communities in Carmarthen. This study will promote the understanding around community energy within Carmarthen and increase opportunities to work with energy companies and suppliers.
