Project title: ‘Early in the Morning’: Digital Sporting Heritage and Schools Project

Anchor Programme: Sustainable Communities

Location: Carmarthen

Working in collaboration with Carmarthen Athletic RFC, this project will create a state-of-the-art virtual museum that highlights Carmarthen Athletic RFC’s sporting achievements. The collection will be catalogued, and a schools digital heritage platform created. A digital workforce of teaching and library staff will be trained and upskilled to showcase the sporting museum in schools. This project has the potential to showcase the museum to a worldwide audience.
