Why are we consulting
Culture means something different to everyone. To some it may mean taking part in an art workshop, to others it's trawling through archives or visiting local events.
Powys, Ceredigion, Carmarthenshire and Pembrokeshire have formed a new partnership, exploring how culture can bring communities together and promote Wales to the world.
