We understand how challenging it can be when you need support but aren't sure where to turn. We're here for you.
Our team of advisers is ready to help you in our three main Hwbs: Carmarthen, Ammanford, and Llanelli.
Make an appointment with a Hwb Adviser at your convenience. They can help you claim your entitlements. This includes housing benefit and blue badge applications.
- The Hwb works on an appointment basis, so that you get seen at a time and date convenient to you.
- You can book appointments by clicking on the "book an appointment" button, or you can telephone us.
- Please be punctual for your appointment. If not, your time may be reduced, rescheduled, or cancelled.
- We will send you an email or text confirmation of your appointment time and date.
- Please bring all relevant completed forms and documents to your appointment.
If you visit the Hwbs without an appointment, we will try to help, support, and advise you. However, you may need another appointment to resolve your queries.
Our customer service Hwbs provide a wide range of help, support, and advice on what matters most to you. We now have dedicated budgeting officers, in addition to our advisers. They can help you with money matters.
Everyone's situation is unique. But we're here to help. We can assist you in applying for support, services, and financial aid you may not know you are entitled to. Additionally, we offer access to other wellbeing services that might benefit you.
