Carmarthenshire County Council operates an Employee Benefits Portal, giving over 10,000 council employees and carers access to exclusive discounts and offers across the county.
We’re inviting local businesses and organisations to join the scheme. By participating, you’ll help encourage our staff to explore what’s available locally and support the county’s economy—while promoting your business to thousands of potential customers.
We are currently looking for local businesses to participate, to encourage council employees and carers to familiarise themselves with what’s on offer within the county and to encourage them to visit and spend with local businesses.
As one of the county’s largest employers, our Staff Rewards Scheme is a powerful marketing tool. Being featured means your business stays front-of-mind when employees are planning a day out, looking for a special gift, or simply browsing for something new.
What kind of offers work best?
Most businesses provide a 10% or 15% discount for cardholders, but any offer is welcome. Current partners include Carmarthenshire Theatres, Actif, Llanelli Wetland Centre, and Stacey's Kitchen.
