Drop-in help with your device: phone, tablet or laptop

If you’re just a bit lost with understanding how your device works and how to use it, then we can help you to get to grips with it… we can help you with understanding software updates, accessing services, and general understanding as a device user – just bring along your phone/tablet/laptop with you to a digi-lit drop-in session.

Digi-lit drop-in sessions are informal, friendly and supportive – an opportunity for one-to-one support with particular, individual questions and problems relating to the digital world, all in a relaxed no-pressure environment - it is not a traditional classroom and tea and coffee are available.

There is also the opportunity to try out our devices if you’ve not yet taken the plunge and bought one yourself yet – you can have a go on a laptop, chromebook, iPad, Samsung tablet, iPhone or fitness tracker to get a feel for what might work for you.

How to enrol

If you are a new learner or have an enquiry, please telephone 01267 235413 or e-mail to let us know you are coming… or just drop-in!

All learners will need to enrol to take part – this involves completing a form and providing photographic ID (passport, driving licence, etc) if you do not have photo ID please let us know and we will see what we can do to help.

You can enrol at any time during the year, and your commitment can range from one session now and again to every week.

We aim to deliver all classes as advertised. However, classes may be cancelled, or changed, if enrolments are too low or in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
