Carmarthenshire Working is a funded project that aims to help people build a better life by supporting those that are unemployed or working less than 16 hours to find long term employment.
The project is delivered by our dedicated team, located in the Council Hubs in the 3 main towns of Carmarthenshire. We offer intensive and wrap around 1-1 support by our team of mentors and Employment Liaison Officers to move people closer to mainstream provision and to gain and retain employment.
