Affordable Housing
You can use the commutable sum calculator to find out the contribution required towards the provision of affordable housing for sites of less than five dwellings. This is inline with Policy AH1 of the Local Development Plan. Contact us for information on Affordable Housing Contributions on sites of five or more dwellings.
The amount of the commuted sum varies across the County and is based on current housing values within those areas. The Affordable Housing Supplementary Planning Guidance (SPG) - June 2018 provides information on how the affordable housing contribution is calculated and why it is required for all residential developments.
