The County Of Carmarthenshire (Class III Road Leading To Llanybri, From Its Junction With The B4312 Llansteffan) (Temporary Prohibition Of Through Traffic) Order 2025

NOTICE is hereby given that the Carmarthenshire County Council intend, not less than seven days from the date of this Notice, to make an Order the effect of which will be to prohibit any vehicle from proceeding along the Class III Road leading to Llanybri, from its junction with the B4312 Llansteffan, for a distance of 750 metres in a general westerly direction. 

The Alternative Route for west bound traffic from a point east of the closure will be to proceed in a southerly direction along the B4312 Llansteffan, entering the village of Llansteffan and continuing to its junction with the Old School Road. Turn right at the junction and proceed in a north-westerly direction for approximately 2km to the junction with the Class III Road signposted Carmarthen. Turn right at the junction and continue east to return to a point west of the closure.
Vice versa for East bound traffic.

The proposed Order will continue in force until Openreach complete works to conduct essential fibre build work.

It is intended that the works will commence on Monday the 16th of June 2025, for a period of 19 days

Where appropriate temporary Road Traffic Regulation Orders may continue in force for a period not exceeding eighteen months.
