Its lifeline service gives you the right help and support whenever you need it, easily and quickly at the touch of a button, providing peace of mind for both you and your loved ones 24/7, 365 days of the year.
The lifeline alarm is easy to use and can be worn around the neck or as a wrist band. If you feel unwell, suffer a fall or need any other emergency support, simply press the red button to raise the alarm and connect to the dedicated monitoring centre.
This alerts a member of the specially trained team who will help by assessing the situation and taking appropriate action, such as contacting a family member, carer, or the emergency services.
Delta Wellbeing’s Delta Direct service offers a flexible, affordable way for you or your loved ones to choose the level of lifeline support that is right for you. Select a plan that meets your needs:
- Alert: Simple personal home alarm – press the button and our 24/7 team answers straight away; or
- Active: Personal alarm with fall detection and GPS that works inside and outside the home for help wherever you are
Optional add-ons:
- Support: Friendly wellbeing check in calls for reassurance and a friendly voice
- Respond: In person help at your home after a fall or in an emergency
