Closure of a Food Business

Change of circumstances
You must tell us if you decide to close your food business.

This includes:

• If you stop selling food
• If you stop trading.

Closure of Premises / no longer selling food

Please update the department by emailing:
publicprotection@carmarthenshire.gov.uk

Make sure you include:

• Trading Name
• Full Address
• Food business owner
• Date of when you plan to cease trading

Please note it is an offence to provide misleading or inaccurate information especially where a premises is declared closed but continues to trade
