How we pay your invoice

Our payment terms are 30 days from receipt of a valid invoice. Please see our What to include in your invoice page.

Our means of payment is directly into your bank account using BACS. Please make sure you provide your bank details on your invoices and notify us immediately of any changes to your bank details.

If an email address has been provided, we will issue an electronic remittance advice. The remittance will be issued by email to the address you provide on your invoice.

Our payment runs are usually on a Monday, Wednesday and Friday. You will receive your payment two working days after the date on the remittance advice provided.
