Improving the housing service we deliver

In December last year, 5,000 tenants were randomly selected across Carmarthenshire to take part in the STAR Tenant Satisfaction Survey to share their views on the housing service we deliver. 1,250 responses were received, and these results will help to shape and improve the service we provide moving forward.

You said...

  • 67% are happy with the service we deliver, whilst 22% feel we could do better
  • 70% trust us, but 14% do not
  • 89% of sheltered housing residents are happy with the quality of their home compared to 64% across other Council homes
  • 80% are satisfied with the neighbourhood as a place to live, but 11% are not
