Delivery Agreement
The Delivery Agreement (DA) sets out the timetable for producing the LDP, and a community involvement scheme outlining the process by which any interested group, individuals or developers can contribute to the LDP’s preparation. The original Delivery Agreement for the preparation of the Revised (Replacement) Carmarthenshire LDP 2018 - 2033 was agreed by the Welsh Government on the 28th June 2018.
In response to the issues arising from Covid-19, a revised Delivery Agreement has been agreed by the Welsh Government and can be viewed below:
