17. Treatment of capital
Carmarthenshire will include in the financial assessment all capital unless it must be specifically disregarded within the legislation together with any changes as announced by Welsh Government from time to time.
Carmarthenshire will also apply the Capital limits for both non-residential and residential financial assessments as announced by Welsh Government from time to time.
