Assistive Technology / Lifeline Alarm
Page updated on: 21/03/2024
Delta Wellbeing provides a range of personal alarms and monitors that can help you to remain living at home safely and independently.
It’s lifeline service can give you the right help and support whenever you need it easily and quickly at the touch of a button, providing peace of mind for both you and your loved ones 24/7, 365 days of the year.
The lifeline alarm is easy to use and can be worn around the neck or as a wrist band. If you feel unwell, suffer a fall or need any other emergency support, simply press the red button to raise the alarm and connect to our dedicated monitoring centre.
This alerts a member of our specially trained team who will help by assessing the situation and taking appropriate action, such as contacting a family member, or the emergency services.
In addition, Delta Wellbeing’s CONNECT service provides an enhanced lifeline and full wrap-around support service for you or your loved ones and includes:
- A Wellbeing assessment to identify what level of support you require
- Flexible Technology Enabled Care packages tailored to your individual needs, for example, fall detectors, GPS tracking devices, door sensors and medication dispensers
- Pro-active wellbeing calls to support wellbeing and welfare needs
- 24/7 community response service to support non-medical emergencies such as non-injurious falls and welfare needs
- Wellbeing support and activities to help combat loneliness and isolation
Delta Wellbeing can help transform the way you control your health and wellbeing allowing you to live your life in a way that is right for you. It can support you if you have any health issues, if you are a carer who needs help to look after someone, or it can simply offer reassurance and peace of mind.
