The County Of Carmarthenshire (Bridge Street, Llanelli (Sa15 3uf) (Temporary Prohibition Of Through Traffic) Order 2026
Reference: SLB/HTTR-2007
NOTICE is hereby given that the Carmarthenshire County Council intend, not less than seven days from the date of this Notice, to make an Order the effect of which will be to prohibit any vehicle from proceeding along Bridge Street, Llanelli from its junction with Church Street for its entire length of approximately 115 metres in an Easterly direction.
No access for vehicles or pedestrians will be allowed during this period.
Emergency Access is to be maintained.
The proposed Order will continue in force whilst works are carried out on behalf of Carmarthenshire County Council to carry out works to replace paving slabs on the highway including additional drainage works.
It is intended that the works commence on Monday 9th February 2026 to Sunday 24th May 2026 (15 weeks).
Where appropriate temporary Road Traffic Regulation Orders may continue in force for a period not exceeding eighteen months.
