The County Of Carmarthenshire (Off-Street Parking Places) Consolidation (Variation No.6) Order 2025

NOTICE is hereby given that Carmarthenshire County Council proposes to make the above Order, in exercise of its powers under Sections 32, 35(1) and 35(3) of, and Part IV of Schedule 9 to, the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended), and all other enabling powers.
The effect of the Order will be to vary “The Carmarthenshire County Council (Off-Street Parking Places) Consolidation Order 2014” (“the Consolidation Order”) by:
(a) the inclusion into the Consolidation Order of the parking places specified in columns A and B;
(b) for the classes of vehicles specified in column C;
(c) to park in the position specified in column D;
(d) during the chargeable hours specified in column E; and
(e) subject to the charges and time restrictions specified in column F of the Schedule to this Notice.
Full details of the proposal are contained in the draft Order which, together with the plans annexed thereto and a statement of the Council’s reasons for proposing to make the Order, may be examined at Carmarthenshire County Council’s Customer Service HWBs located at:
• No.36 Stepney Street, Llanelli SA15 3TR; and
• Unit 22, St Catherine’s Walk, Carmarthen SA31 1GA during usual office hours.

Should you wish to object to the proposed Order, please send your grounds for objection in writing to Steven Murphy, Head of Law, Governance and Civil Services at County Hall, Carmarthen SA31 1JP by the 26th November 2025, quoting the below file reference. All objections or other representations must specify the grounds on which they are made.
