The Cross Hands Growth Zone has emerged as a Transformation project from an exciting array of individual developments offering a huge regeneration impact clustered around the Cross Hands settlement area, all of which are at varying stages of development which collectively will significantly contribute to the economic growth of the Swansea Bay City region.
There are 5 prominent development sites within the Cross Hands Growth Zone. Commercially, the offering at Cross Hands Growth Zone is very attractive.
