The Cross Hands Growth Zone has emerged as a Transformation project from an exciting array of individual developments offering a huge regeneration impact clustered around the Cross Hands settlement area, all of which are at varying stages of development which collectively will significantly contribute to the economic growth of the Swansea Bay City region.
There are 5 prominent development sites within the Cross Hands Growth Zone. Commercially, the offering at Cross Hands Growth Zone is very attractive. The zone offers a pleasing mix of uses and opportunities and all the components are in place to provide comfort to any investor. The zone is mature but still offers huge economic growth potential with the 5 new sites within the Growth Zone emerging.
