You have the right to have your say if there were any mitigating circumstances for the conditions found during the inspection and/or an explanation of any action taken since the inspection to put things right. This will be displayed alongside your score on the website.
You can submit comments using the right to reply form.
The right to reply does not allow you to complain or criticise the scheme or the inspecting officer. Any text will therefore be checked, and edited if appropriate, before being published on the website in order to remove any offensive, defamatory, clearly inaccurate or irrelevant remarks.
