Assessment Criteria
Applicants should note that the County Council will be assessing the project against various criteria as follows: -
- Reduction in vacancy rates within the town centre
- Total floorspace of the unit (sq. ft)
- Floorspace brought back into use (sq. ft)
- Percentage of floorspace brought back into use (sq, ft)
