Safeguarding

All learners have the right to attend courses without fear of discrimination, harassment or abuse. If you feel you have been discriminated against, harassed or abused, please report this at once to your tutor or the management team. Please also tell us if you see this happening to someone else. Unacceptable behaviour will be dealt with as outlined in the Anti-bullying policy.

Right to Appeal

You are entitled to appeal if you feel that your tutor, an assessor, or a verifier has made an incorrect decision about your work, or not taken sufficient account of any special assessment needs.

Problems or Complaints

We want you to enjoy your course - so if you have any problems or complaints, please tell us at once - and we’ll do our best to sort things out quickly.
We’ll also be glad to hear about your successes and compliments!
