- provide qualified tutors who will talk with you about your learning and progress regularly
- provide a clean and comfortable place to learn
- promote a friendly atmosphere with mutual respect at its heart
- offer practical support for your learning, such as large print handouts or adapted equipment
- message you, whenever possible, if your class is changed or cancelled
Your promise to us
- come to classes as regularly as possible - and let us know if you are absent for any reason
- keep a file of work to use as reference and complete homework/assessments as you need to
- let your tutor know if you have any problems and ask if there is something you don’t understand
- provide us with the information that we need for paperwork, like enrolment and also feedback on your learning
- respect others and not give offence, or cause harm, by use of language or by any action or behaviour
- support the safety and well-being of everyone in your class and in your centre by following Health and Safety instructions
