Change Minds

Carmarthenshire Archives is delighted to report the successful conclusion of it's Change Minds project.

Change Minds is a unique heritage and wellbeing programme that works with people living with mental health difficulties. As a member of Change Minds, participants were part of a shared experience of exploring historical mental health records from St. David's Hospital.

Over twelve workshops, the participants took part in a fascinating journey of learning, creativity and thinking about mental health both in the past and today.

Examples of the creative responses to what was learnt over the course of the project are now on display at Carmarthen Library.
