Quick and secure card payments accepted.
- Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Solo, Visa Delta
- You’ll need your account reference, name, address, and payment amount.
Pay by Direct Debit
For regular payments such as:
- Council Tax
- Sundry Invoices
- Housing Rent
- Residential Care
Direct Debit is the easiest and most convenient option.
Automated telephone payment
For all other payment enquiries, call our customer services team on 01267 234567. You can use a debit or credit card to pay over the phone.
When you pay over the phone you will be transferred to an automated payment system, where you will be required to key in your own card details
Follow the prompts to make your payment.
Remember, we will never call you and ask you to pay over the phone, or request your bank details. If you think you, a friend or relative are being targeted by scams either by letter, phone call, computer or text messages, let us know immediately, email tradingstandards@carmarthenshire.gov.uk.
