Application procedure
The procedure will consist of a single stage application procedure.
The application must be accompanied by the following: -
- Applicant details.
- Status of the organisation
- Any conflict of interest declared
- Full and comprehensive project details
- Project costs with accompanying quotes in line with CCC Third Party Procurement Rules
- Illustrate the project timescale.
- Details on VAT
- Subsidy control
- Completed checklist.
- Statutory consents- planning permission, building regulations (if applicable)
- Conflict of interest acknowledgment (if applicable)
- Photos of the premises in existing condition
- Permission of premises owner (if applicable)
- Quotes from suppliers to carry out work.
- Signed declaration.
The application submission will be taken to an internal Carmarthenshire County Council grants panel for consideration for approval.
