Application procedure

The procedure will consist of a single stage application procedure.

The application must be accompanied by the following: -

  • Applicant details.
  • Status of the organisation
  • Any conflict of interest declared
  • Full and comprehensive project details
  • Project costs with accompanying quotes in line with CCC Third Party Procurement Rules
  • Illustrate the project timescale.
  • Details on VAT
  • Subsidy control
  • Completed checklist.
    • Statutory consents- planning permission, building regulations (if applicable)
    • Conflict of interest acknowledgment (if applicable)
    • Photos of the premises in existing condition
    • Permission of premises owner (if applicable)
    • Quotes from suppliers to carry out work.
  • Signed declaration.


The application submission will be taken to an internal Carmarthenshire County Council grants panel for consideration for approval.
