This project will seek to address the growing issue of agricultural plastic waste build up, pollution of watercourses and the wider environment, and the lack of framework for its collection in Carmarthenshire.

The output will be a feasibility study which will include a proposal model for a financially and environmentally sustainable agricultural plastics collection scheme in Carmarthenshire.
