This project aims to capacity build third sector organisations to become more resilient and sustainable in delivering grass roots activities in communities across the county. The project will focus on three key areas that address volunteering, capacity building and succession planning for the third sector in Carmarthenshire.  The project will deliver a targeted programme to support third sector organisations and partners to revitalise volunteering opportunities, enable organisational growth, strengthen partnerships, and ensure that Carmarthenshire organisations are ready for future challenges and opportunities.
