If you are struggling to manage in your new home, it is important to ask for help at the first sign of any problems.
If you have just moved in, you can contact the Pre-Accommodation Team on 01267 228680.
After that, you should contact your Housing Officer or landlord as they can help and support you to resolve tenancy issues.
You will be given the contact details for your Housing Officer so you will be able to contact them by phone, email, text, letter and by asking them to visit you in your home or in an office.
Your contract will have the contact details of your landlord.
