Application under the Environmental Permitting (England and Wales) Regulations 2016 (as amended)
The company known as Pontrilas Packaging Limited, Trosserch Road, Llangennech, Llanelli, Carmarthenshire, SA14 8DZ has applied to Carmarthenshire County Council for an environmental permit for an Installation to operate a Timber processing activity at Trosserch Road, Llangennech, Llanelli, Carmarthenshire, SA14 8DZ.
The application has been placed on the public register held at: Carmarthenshire County Council Offices, Ty Parc yr hyn, Ffordd Y Rhyd, Ammanford, and can be inspected free of charge by contacting Lisa Jones on 01269 598255 during normal office hours or e-mail PublicProtection@carmarthenshire.gov.uk. Any written comments on the application should be made to the Pollution Control Team, Carmarthenshire County Council, Ty Parc yr hyn, Ffordd Y Rhyd, Ammanford, SA18 3FB or PublicProtection@carmarthenshire.gov.uk by 3rd July 2026.
Any written comments will be placed on the public register unless they include a statement requesting that this is not done. If there is such a request the register itself will just include a note that representations have been made which are not on the register because of such a request.
