• Proactive approach to waste and the issue of fixed penalty notices
• Purchasing property in strategic areas to improve and increase affordable housing
• Decommissioned two youth projects in Station Road, with young people dispersed evenly across Llanelli
• Demolished derelict and redundant properties to make way for new family accommodation
• Improved cycle routes
• A robust engagement programme which includes community events, social media, consultations and work with local schools
• Investment in a playground to improve child health and wellbeing
• Working in partnership to start a new programme of change to support those with disabilities and health issues
