Licence to deposit building material in the highway

If you are planning to deposit building material in the highway you must apply for consent from our Street Care team under the Highways Act 1980.
To complete the application form you will need the following information:
- Applicant details
- Location/ Property Address
- Materials to be deposited
- Indication of proposed siting of materials
- Dates deposit of materials is required from
A consent fee of £62 per month or part thereof per application is required.
Please allow 48 hours for a deposit of building materials application to be processed and approved.
