3. Where and with whom is our money spent?

We are committed to developing the local economy and supporting local suppliers. We cannot discriminate in favour of local suppliers; contracts are based on the evaluation set out in the invitation to tender. However we do encourage local organisations to bid for contracts with us.​

During April 2020 – March 2021, we spent:

• 72% on Small Medium Enterprises (SMEs)
• 54% on Local Suppliers
• 79% on Welsh Suppliers
