This year, the survey focuses on key areas such as Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs) and whether heating is affordable—essential questions for delivering homes that are truly energy efficient. These insights are vital in helping us, and your organisation, progress toward Wales’ goal of achieving Net Zero housing.
