10. Can I change the Route of a Public Right of Way?
In the event a landowner/occupier wishes to alter the alignment of a PRoW to better suit their circumstances they may apply to the local Authority for a Public Path Diversion Order.
No PRoW may be moved without a legal Order. Please contact the Countryside Access team for further information and the necessary forms.
