Welsh Language Standards (Welsh Language (Wales) Measure 2011) Compliance Notice
Thiscompliancenoticesetsoutwhat Carmarthenshire County Council must provide and implement to ensure thatit does not treatthe Welsh languagelessfavourablythantheEnglishlanguage.Itcontains174instructions on howthe Council will deliver WelshLanguage services,formulatepolicy in a way thatpromotes the Welshlanguage, operate through the medium ofWelsh, promotetheWelshLanguageand keeprecordsabout the Welshlanguage.Thepublichave a righttocomplainifthey feel thatthe councilis not complyingwiththeStandards,andtheCouncilproducesanAnnualActionPlanandReporttoprovideinformationonthatcompliance.
